Prior to joining Kantar, Will held various executive roles at Merkle, a leading global performance marketing agency. During Will’s tenure Merkle grew seven-fold to over one billion dollars in annual revenues and was sold to Dentsu International. As Chief Client Officer and a member of the executive committee Will’s focus was building and scaling an industry-aligned go to market strategy grounded in client engagement and value.   
Prior to Merkle, Will held various leadership roles with Acxiom, a global marketing technology firm, including six years as APAC Chief Growth Officer, based in Australia, China, then Singapore, leading teams and growth across the region.   
Will holds a BS in international economics and finance from Louisiana State University and lives in the Miami Florida metro area where he is a husband, father and avid sailor. 
On his appointment, Will commented: “Kantar’s investments in people, technology and artificial intelligence are reshaping the marketing industry, delivering greater flexibility and accelerated insights to the world’s leading brands. The client satisfaction data shows that this leadership is highly valued by their clients. I can’t wait to get on board to build on this and contribute to the exciting growth story taking place at Kantar, and in the Americas in particular.”

Mr Bordelon’s appointment is effective July 11.
